Terms of Sale

2. Service offered

Resumio Pro is a subscription providing access to extended features: no monthly analysis quota (subject to fair use), deep analysis, chat with videos, unlimited personal library, exports, and priority processing.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros. The Pro subscription is offered at the following rates:

• Monthly plan: €9.99 per month.
• Annual plan: €79.00 per year (equivalent to two months free).

VAT is applied where applicable under current regulations. The seller reserves the right to change prices; the rate in effect at the time of subscription applies, and any change is notified before renewal.

4. Order and payment

Subscriptions are placed online. Payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe. Resumio does not store card details. The order is confirmed once payment is successful.

5. Term, renewal, and cancellation

The subscription runs for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time from your customer area (Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no pro-rata refund, and you keep Pro access until that date.

Under Articles L.215-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you are informed that you may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of the term.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you generally have fourteen (14) days to withdraw.

However, by subscribing, you expressly request immediate access to the service. Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, and that it is lost for digital content supplied immediately with your express consent.

As a goodwill gesture, if you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@resumio.fr: we will consider any refund request in good faith.

7. Legal warranties

Consumers benefit from statutory conformity warranties (Articles L.217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), regardless of any commercial warranty.

9. Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at hello@resumio.fr to seek an amicable solution.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with mandatory consumer protection rules.
