This page explains how Resumio uses cookies and similar technologies.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It helps recognize you and maintain your session, among other things.
2. Cookies we use
Resumio uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function, and marketing cookies subject to your consent where required by law. Under CNIL (French data protection authority) guidance, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent.
| Purpose | Type | Duration | | --- | --- | --- | | Authentication and session maintenance (Supabase) | Strictly necessary | Session / until token expiry | | Technical preferences required for proper operation | Strictly necessary | Persistent (limited duration) | | Remembering your cookie consent choices (Cookiebot) | Strictly necessary | Persistent (limited duration) |
3. Analytics and advertising cookies
We use the Google Ads tag to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and understand how visitors interact with our site. These marketing trackers are only enabled (storage / personalization) after your consent when the banner is shown, via Google Consent Mode v2.
| Purpose | Provider | Type | Duration | | --- | --- | --- | | Advertising performance measurement and conversion tracking | Google Ads (gtag.js) | Marketing | Per Google's policy | | Cookie consent management | Cookiebot (Usercentrics) | Strictly necessary | Per Cookiebot's policy |
4. Managing cookies
In regions where required (including the European Economic Area), a Cookiebot banner lets you accept, refuse, or customize non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link or icon on the site. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. However, blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in and using the service properly.
5. Contact
